Check-in & Check-out Policy

- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
🪪 Identification Requirements
- All guests are required to present a valid Government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the time of check-in.
- Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa as per government regulations.
Booking & Payment Policy
- Advance reservation is recommended to secure your preferred room type and travel dates.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking, especially during peak seasons and holidays.
- Room rates are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which will be added during billing.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Group Stays & Meal Orders
- For group bookings, we kindly request at least 7 days advance notice to ensure proper arrangements.
- Meal orders for groups or customized menus must be confirmed in advance. Same-day bulk orders may not be accepted.
- Outside food is discouraged in order to maintain hygiene and kitchen standards.
Accommodation Rules
- Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Any damage to property will be chargeable.
Child Policy
- Children below 5 years can stay without extra charge, provided they share the bed with parents.
- Extra bed facility is available at an additional cost and subject to availability.
